Shannon comes to us with over 20 years experience of exceeding customers expectations by going above and beyond what her clients anticipate.  From supporting C-level executives to managing small businesses, there's not a lot you can throw Shannon's way that she can't handle.  With her enthusiam, outgoing personality, and great smile, Shannon welcomes each of her client's, treating them like they are her only client and making them feel like family.

Shannon has a passion for dogs and is certified in pet first aid & CPR.  Having found this love later in life, she spent the last seven years as a certified pet sitter, running a part time pet care business, where she also provided training services to new dog owners or anyone needing assistance with basic dog training.

When she's not at the park with her rescue dog, Harrison, Shannon is singing with her band.
